Michael Laffey is a Principal of OPL Advisors and the Chief Legal Officer. He is responsible for all legal and compliance issues. Mike has over 20 years experience in the field of health care and insurance law. He currently oversees one of the largest subrogation law firms in the country with millions of dollars collected annually in third party liability recoveries.

He is former chairman of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association Health Care Committee and a frequent lecturer on Third Party Liability, subrogation and Healthcare fraud. Mike is a member of the National Other Party Liability Group, The National Association of Subrogation Professionals and a Board Member of Milestone, Inc.
